1. How do I place an order?
Browse our collection at adameeva.com, select your size and color, and click "Add to Cart." When you are ready, proceed to checkout and complete your payment. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely.
3. Can I cancel or modify my order?
You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of purchase by emailing support@adameeva.com with your order number. After 12 hours, your order may already be in processing and we may not be able to make changes.
4. Do you have a size guide?
Yes. Each product page includes a size guide to help you find the best fit. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. You can also contact us at support@adameeva.com for personal sizing assistance.

5. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
6. How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. There are no minimum order requirements and no hidden fees.
7. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1ā2 business days. After processing, estimated delivery time is 5ā10 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
8. How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package anytime at adameeva.com/apps/track123 or by visiting the carrier's website directly.
Please allow 24ā48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update.
9. What if my order hasn't arrived within the estimated time?
If your order has not arrived within 12 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@adameeva.com and we will investigate immediately.

10. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

11. How do I start a return?
To request a return, please follow these steps:
- Email support@adameeva.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our team to send you return authorization and instructions
- Ship the item to our return address once approved
- Email us your return tracking number
Please do not ship any item back without prior written authorization from our team.

13. Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for standard returns. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost in full.
14. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
15. What if I received a damaged, defective, or wrong item?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@adameeva.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item and the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund ā no return required on your side.
16. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
