Shipping Transit Time: 3-7 business days (Monday-Friday)
Estimated Total Delivery: 4-9 business days (Monday-Friday)

- Orders placed before 2:00 PM MDT will begin processing
the same business day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM MDT will begin processing
the next business day

Orders are shipped using (USPS, UPS, FedEx) for trackable delivery within the United States.

TAXES

All prices shown are in USD. We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped within the United States. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking details to the email address used at checkout.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Damaged in Transit:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, let us know immediately so we can fix the issue. Please attach clear pictures of the item and email them to support@adameeva.com

In these cases, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Lost Package:
- Contact us immediately
- We will file a carrier claim
- If unresolved, we will send a replacement or refund

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for:
- Entering a correct shipping address at checkout
- Providing a phone number for delivery attempts
- Accepting delivery or retrieving package promptly

If a package is returned due to incorrect address or
failure to collect, customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Possible Reasons for the Order Delay

The local post office did not update the information when the last delivery was made.
The customer does not fill in the mobile phone number so the delivery information is missing.
